The foods you want to stay away from in a quick weight loss diet plan are breads, including bagels, tortillas, toast, english muffins and dinner rolls among other bread based products. Stay away from sugar foods like cookies, donuts, cakes, ice cream, chocolate and candy bars. High starch and high carb foods like potatoes. Stay away from potatoes! Fried foods are your enemy, don’t do it.

For all the foods that you can’t eat, there are many more that you can still eat in a quick weight loss diet plan. And you can eat as much of them as you want. They help with weight loss by promoting a hormone that burns fat, they are amazing. Fresh berries such as raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries. Blueberries are the best, they contain amazing amounts of anti-oxidants. Vegetables. Didn’t your mother tell you to eat all your vegetables growing up? If you didn’t then, do it now. They will help you with regularity which in turn will keep your system moving along and burn that fat. Fish especially salmon, tuna and sardines. Your body needs a healthy amount of Omega 3′s and there is no better source than fish.

In a quick weight loss diet plan, by cutting down on carbs you put your body into a state of ketosis.
